Who can tell me what variety of fish this is and if you’ve had the pleasure of reeling one in. Hint- it a Wild Alaska Icon. Yea that’s one of those um those big ass fish right ?? King salmon…yes!! It was a great catch!!! King of the Sea! Looks like a Bohemian Snaggle-Totthed Salt Louse Trout to me... Nice Hey!! I know that guy! 🥰🎣 We refer to the person in that picture as “Wicho” and the fish is much better looking ;) Definitely a king. Small black spots on tail and black gum line. King Salmon, caught few off Monterey Bay I want some in my freezer too!! 🤩 King salmon! 😍 Silver or Coho Salmon Chinook
News Flash~ The motley pirate crew of the Perseverance no longer roam as “land lubbers”. They now cruise the smooth seas in Wild Alaska. It’s time, they’re ready. They awaite your arrival in the PSG. One day!😘 Great to see you all!! Cruising with you guys was definitely the trip of a lifetime and we had the pleasure to enjoy it more than once!! What a fabulous experience. We had with you guys!! A long day of “catching” requires a good breakfast. In Wild Alaska breakfast sometime also qualifies as “dessert”. Yummy. You have cut down on your whipped cream consumption. Looking a little light there. Yum!!! Looks delicious
The crew aboard the Perseverance is what makes Wild Alaska special. Without my loyal and dedicated professionals, I’d be up a fiord without a paddle…. Here’s to the best in the business, thank you for all you do making our guest experience the best in Alaska. Can’t wait for the season to begin- Capt. Larry Can’t wait for Wild Alaska in July🙌 Only 3 more weeks, getting excited! Captain Larry Larson - You’ve got a great crew!!! We incredibly enjoyed last summer with you all. We didn’t realize at the time that it would be the last trip that my father would be able to attend. But - looking back- we would not have changed anything those two weeks with you all. Thanks again!!! Great crew!! 😊 Hands down the BEST! I can’t love this post more. Every year I miss these people. They truly are the best in the business. Won’t say there haven’t been some other great crew at Wild Alaska over the years, but the crew for the past few years is as good as any for sure! Not only a great group, but getting better and better every year! A couple of really great predecessors come to mind, and I have no intention to put them down as they have moved on with their lives, but the current crew is at least as good as any I’ve experienced anywhere! Captain Larry has a way of keeping the quality of the Perseverance crew at top notch, in personality, ability and and a major reason that you just can’t wait for the next week in Wild Alaska! They have truly become a very close “family”! Shelly gloves again ? At least they match the fish 😂😂😂😂 Well oiled machines, smooth operation. Good crew Love them all!! 🥰❤️🥰 Certainly a great crew!!!! Absolutely! Best crew ever! Can't wait!😊
